About My EMI
My EMI is an app that helps you pay an EMI that is about to bounce. When money is short just before a due date, it offers a small, short-term loan from our lending partner, an NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India, with fully digital onboarding and every charge shown upfront.
Why we exist
A single bounced EMI means penalty charges and damage to your credit score. My EMI exists so that a short-term cash gap doesn't have to turn into a bounced EMI: you can cover the shortfall with a small, short-term loan, applied for online, with every charge shown before you sign.
How it works
Fully digital onboarding, in three steps.

Verify yourself
Sign up and complete KYC in the app: your PAN, your Aadhaar details through DigiLocker with your consent, and a selfie. Your bank account is verified with a small test credit.

Check, review and sign
With your consent, a credit check is run, and our lending partner makes the final decision under its credit policy. Before you e-sign, the Key Facts Statement (KFS) shows every charge.

Receive and repay
After a video KYC with our lending partner, the money is paid only into your own verified bank account. You repay by auto-debit mandate or payment link.
Our lending partner
Loans offered through My EMI are sanctioned and disbursed by our lending partner, Sukhchain Hire Purchase Private Limited, a non-banking financial company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India.
My EMI, operated by Insur Lender Dynamics LLP, is the NBFC's lending service provider. We run the My EMI app and the customer experience. Each loan is governed by the loan agreement and Key Facts Statement issued by the NBFC.

Everything upfront
Every charge is shown in the Key Facts Statement before you sign. There are no hidden charges.
Your privacy
Data collected through the My EMI app is stored on servers in India, and your personal data is never sold. We don't access your contacts, photo gallery, files, call logs or SMS.
Respectful collections
No harassment or abusive language. Calls and visits only between 8 am and 7 pm, and you are told the name of any recovery agency before it contacts you.
